- Annotation: The purpose of the article is to study the structural and semantic features of replica ergonyms as part of regional onomasticon. The analysis of the nominations of commercial objects of the City of Astrakhan revealed a layer of ergonyms that had appeared as a result of the communicative structures’ lexicalisation. Stylistic features of colloquial speech give replica ergonyms an emotionally expressive colouring. The information incompleteness of the analysed nominations is replenished by lengthening the ergonym with the help of a lexeme – a generic identifier (functional) indicating the profile of an urban object (shop, cafe, pharmacy, bank, etc.).
