What is accepted for publication in the journal are typescripts never published before or sent to other journals' editors.
Articles are accepted by the editorial board throughout the year.
The journal does not pay royalties. The published materials are freely available on the journal's site.

To submit an article to the editorial office, please use the “SEND ARTICLE” service. Once all fields have been filled in, one must read the licence terms and mark the publication terms in the appropriate window, then attach an article in .doc or .docx formats strictly according to the requirements of the journal, as well as an article file in .pdf format.
Within a week, the article is to be reviewed for compliance with all formal indicators, after which, the author is to be notified of the submission of the article for review.
